The RESCUER mobile application was created with the aim of reducing the statistics of victims and victims in accidents in Bulgaria.The application will serve to notify citizens in the event of incidents: fires, floods, accidents, landslides, avalanches and other life-threatening situations, as well as providing medical assistance to people in need: unconsciousness, epileptic seizure, sunstroke, heat stroke, fractures ( fractures), hemorrhages, etc.Terms of use of the mobile application are that you must be at least 14 years of age.Download the application to your phone with Android operating system, registration is done only with your personal phone number.
The entry phone number should start directly without "0" (zero).
You will then receive an SMS verification CODE to confirm that the number and phone are yours.
When you have already created a profile, add your e-mail, select "Radius of alarm (in kilometers), this serves when someone gives a signal, in what radius range to signal you about an incident.
Use as intended, only when there are real incidents and someone needs help, otherwise you may be blocked and we will not be able to use the app as intended.
